Empowering Change.

Elevating Potential.
Consilience Coaching and Consulting is powered by synergy and inspired by the magic of people and ideas coming together to generate new possibilities for life’s most important issues.
con·sil·ience
kən-ˈsil-yən(t)s : the linking together of principles from different disciplines especially when forming a comprehensive theory.
Meaning “leap together,” consilience involves the convergence of knowledge from vastly different disciplines, particularly the convergence of the distinct wisdoms from art and science.
At Consilience Coaching and Consulting, consilience includes the leaping together not just of ideas but also of people and organizations who are engaged creative synergies that lead to innovation, hopefulness, and genuine purpose.

Land Acknowledgement and Pledge to Action
Our work at Consilience occurs on the ancestral homelands of the Arapaho, Cheyenne, and Ute, as well as other First Nation peoples who once called this land home. The people who came before us were forcibly removed from these lands.
We are committed to learning and actions that support restorative justice, including but not limited to contributing resources to support First Nations initiatives.
