Let’s Leap Together!

At Consilience Coaching and Consulting, we support people and organizations engaged in sustainability, social impact, and human services work with cultivating the resiliency, creativity, and hope needed to address the world’s toughest challenges.

con·sil·ience

kən-ˈsil-yən(t)s : the linking together of principles from different disciplines, especially when forming a comprehensive theory.

Literally "a leaping together" of ideas

For our practice, consilience involves people and organizations “leaping together,” making leaps of creativity, leaps of progress, and even leaps of faith that lead to new possibilities and transformational growth.

Through individual and team coaching, as well as tailored consulting packages, we provide individuals, teams, and organizations with intentional, values-centered, transformative change processes that address the psychological and emotional challenges associated with climate change and social impact work.

Land Acknowledgement and Pledge to Action

I live and work on the ancestral homelands of the Arapaho, Cheyenne, and Ute, as well as other contemporary First Nation peoples who once called this land home. I recognize these peoples who came before me were forcibly and violently removed from these lands. I am committed to learning and action that support restorative justice, including but not limited to donating money and time to support First Nations initiatives.
