My Approach

In my coaching work, it is especially important to me that my clients have the opportunity to connect their goals to deeper values, developing clarity about their identity and vision as part of the coaching process.

What to expect from coaching with me
I hold coaching sessions online via Zoom, typically for 45 minutes. Online coaching offers clients the flexibility to join coaching sessions from home, work, or elsewhere. Coaching sessions are a sacred time during which clients are accessing their most important ideas, experiences, and intuitions – I encourage my clients to attend coaching from a private place they can protect from interruptions and distractions. For clients in the Boulder, CO / Northwest Denver region, I am available for in-person walk-and-talk and nature-based coaching, in addition to online sessions
